In the packaging production, due to the error between the positioning color codes printed on the packaging materials, the stretching of the packaging materials, mechanical transmission and other factors, the predetermined sealing and cutting positions on the packaging materials may deviate from the correct positions, resulting in errors. In order to eliminate errors and achieve the purpose of correct sealing and cutting, automatic positioning must be considered in packaging design,
The solution to this problem is to complete the design of continuous photoelectric automatic positioning system according to the positioning mark of packaging materials. The continuous photoelectric positioning system is divided into forward and backward type, braking type and synchronous type of two transmission systems according to the error compensation mode.
1. Basic principle of braking photoelectric automatic positioning system
In the process of continuous feeding, bag forming, filling and sealing of packaging paper on the automatic packaging machine, due to the printing error of positioning color code, accidental fluctuation of machine operation and operation and other comprehensive factors, the conveying speed of packaging paper is not synchronized with the speed of horizontal sealing and cutting, resulting in the deviation of sealing and cutting positions, so it is necessary to correct at any time and continuously compensate the error. The comprehensive error is a variable, but for the packaging materials with high quality and printing accuracy, this error should be kept within a small range in each testing cycle at a certain packaging speed. In this way, the paper feeding speed and the sealing and cutting speed can be measured and compared regularly through the photoelectric positioning system.
2. Speed detection and packaging paper length measurement
In order to ensure accurate positioning in the packaging process, the paper feeding speed and the transverse sealing cutting speed are two parameters that must be accurately measured. At the same time, the packaging paper (each sheet) has its length and its length in the production process, so how to automatically measure the length of the packaging paper in the positioning process to make it consistent with our production settings is also very important. The measurement of paper speed is completed by the photoelectric proximity switch. We record the pulse period output by the photoelectric proximity switch for measuring paper speed as the derivative of T paper. 1/T paper is the transmission speed of the paper feeding roller. The cutting speed of transverse sealing is measured by photoelectric proximity switch.
3. Method and adjustment of color code calibration

In order to ensure the automatic positioning of the packaging, it is necessary to control the servo motor M2 to synchronize the paper feeding speed with the cutting speed of the transverse head. However, for the system designed as synchronization, the original synchronization system will be out of step due to accidental fluctuations in operation and operational disturbances. Therefore, it is necessary to add a color code detection and control circuit in the basically synchronous system to correct at any time and continuously compensate the error. To ensure that the cutting and sealing positions remain unchanged, it is necessary to complete the positioning with the help of the color code on the packaging paper. Color code positioning and benchmarking have certain requirements for packaging materials, photoelectric detection methods, color code printing, etc
